Happy New Year from BC Tomorrow!
We at the BC Tomorrow Society are sending a very
sincere THANK YOU to our many sponsors and
supporters.
We couldn’t do this without all of you!! With your help we’ve established a professional and secure online website home with an extensive educational video library, awarded a cash prize for a
new student-designed logo, and successfully completed two mini-pilots in BC classrooms in 2017!
A BIG thank you to Alberta Tomorrow for sharing their simulator with us!! You can see Spring mini-pilot results here !
But wait!! There is more! 2018 is shaping up to be another exciting year for BC Tomorrow!
We’re building our own BC watershed simulator.
Yes, you heard right! Construction of BC Tomorrow’s very own BC focused simulator is underway and will be ready in the Spring of 2018!
Huge Thank You’s to the Real Estate Foundation of BC, ALCES Landscape and Land-use Ltd, and Blue GeoSimulations for sponsoring us during this major step in our development.
Combined, these three organizations have made it possible for us to get the construction under way!
We are very excited about these accompishments but our work is far from complete. There is still a long road ahead and we need your help spreading the word about BC Tomorrow to help us get this learning software into the hands of British Columbia
youth.
